We want you to love what you ordered, but if something is not right, let us know. You may return the merchandise and place a new order for another colour, or a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered, is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise. For the process of return, the product should be unused and in the same condition as you received it with its original packaging & the tags. The merchandise return is valid within 7 days from the date on which these goods were delivered.

It’s easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your merchandise by Courier:
- Repack the item you wish to return and put on all the invoices, slips were attached to it.
- Email our customer support at (support@cottra.com) along with your mobile number, order id and the reason. Also do mention your bank account details.
- Our executive will place a return request and the package will soon get picked.
- Once we receive the package we would check it and return your money into your bank account(Standard bank transfer time applies).
